Terms & Conditions of our Virtual Run Events

-Customers are responsible in providing accurate shipping addresses and correct names and contact details.

All packages shipped with tracking numbers.

-It is the customer's responsibility to track the items and to ensure they follow up with the courier company for delivery.

-All payments made to participate in our virtual run events are non-refundable. 

-Our responsibilities to you the customer is to provide a service of organizing the virtual run, issuing e-certs for the completion of your run, and to ship the finisher medal and finisher tee (or event tee if included in the event) to you at a sensible time frame at the end of the event.

-Customers are responsible for ensuring they have ordered the correct shirt sizing as we are unable to entertain size shirt changes after delivery. If there is a need for a size change, it may incur additional production costs and a 3-4 week wait time. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

-Our operating hours are limited in 2021 due to the on going Covid-19 situation. As such, our office may be closed as we limit our time working from the office and may work from home. -All deliveries of finisher medals and finisher tees/event teesare staggered according to expected delivery dates. At times, there may be a 1-2 week delay due to shipping delays beyond our control. We aim to ship out all items as soon as they arrive at our office and we update all runners immediately as to their tracking numbers with a quick turn around time from arrival to exit.
